Tawny Banville is a Licensed Acupuncturist, dedicated yoga and meditation instructor, and passionate energy healer. Her journey into holistic healing began in her early twenties when she discovered the transformative power of eastern medicine and yoga. This exploration led her to pursue a Master of Science in Acupuncture from Virginia University of Integrative Medicine.
Central to her approach is the philosophy that emotional and spiritual well-being significantly influences one’s overall health. Tawny believes that our bodies harbor an innate wisdom that has been overlooked and disconnected over time. Through collaborative sessions with Tawny, you’ll embark on a healing journey to rediscover and reconnect with the inner wisdom of your mind, body and spirit. Through this exploration, Tawny aspires to empower patients to recognize their pivotal role in the healing process.
Tawny grew up in the Shenandoah Valley and now resides with her husband and fur- children in Berryville, Virginia. Outside of work, Tawny loves being in nature as much as possible. Her favorite ways to spend her free time are hiking, camping, paddleboarding, and traveling to the coast to watch a sunrise on the beach.
